Overview
SWIP LTD are a specialist system designer and material supplier of insulation solutions, working with a large network of installers across the country. We built a bespoke digital platform to bring their training, certification, inspection and warranty processes together in one place, replacing a setup that relied heavily on manual admin.
The Challenge
With large numbers of installers and inspections to manage, SWIP needed a way to simplify training, certification, inspections, and long-term warranty storage. Their existing processes relied on excessive manual administration, which made it difficult to stay fully compliant and keep a clear record of who had done what, when.
The Result
By bringing training, certification, inspections, video calls, communications, and warranty management into a single platform, SWIP has reduced manual admin, strengthened compliance tracking, and given installers and contractors alike a smoother, more transparent process from first registration through to a completed, warrantied job.
