Yes. You don’t always need to start again. We can work with existing websites, web applications and business systems to improve, update or extend what’s already there. We’ll first review how your current setup works and what you need it to do before recommending whether to improve it or replace it.
Yes. We can take over the management of your existing website hosting and domain names, including moving them from another provider when needed.
We can also manage your hosting, domains, website and technical support together, so you know exactly who to contact if something needs changing or something goes wrong.
It depends on what you need. A small website, an existing system that needs improving and a completely bespoke web application are very different projects, so we don’t use generic pricing. We’ll talk through your requirements first, work out what’s involved and provide a clear quote before any work begins.
You’ll have one dedicated project lead who learns your business and stays involved throughout the project. They’ll be your main point of contact and work directly with our developers, so you don’t have to explain the same thing to different people every time you speak to us.
You’ll also be able to speak directly to the people working on your project when it makes sense to do so. We like to keep communication simple, straightforward and human.
We’ll start with a conversation about your business, what you need and what you already have. You don’t need to arrive with a technical specification or know exactly what the solution should be. We’re here to work that out.
Once we understand what you’re trying to achieve, we can recommend the right approach and explain what’s involved, how we’d work with you, and what happens next.
