Overview
Stofix designs and manufactures brick slip facade systems, with shipments delivered across Europe. We built Stotrack, a bespoke logistics platform, to solve a recurring problem: product crates arriving on site without proper accounting.
The Challenge
With production and shipments delivered across Europe, effective logistics are critical to Stofix’s operation. Product crates were being delivered to the site but weren’t always accounted for, leading to delays, uncertainty and additional costs for a business that depends on reliable, traceable deliveries.
The Result
Stotrack has given Stofix greater control and oversight of its supply chain. The platform reduces lost shipments, improves communication between warehouses and sites, and provides a clear audit trail of every delivery. Following its success, we’ve expanded the system to support three warehouses, helping Stofix scale its operations while maintaining high standards of reliability for its partners across Europe.
