What size space do you need?
A single server.
Most single servers fit in 1U to 4U of rack space. Tell us what you’re running and we’ll tell you how much you need.
A small setup.
A quarter rack gives you room for several servers and your networking equipment.

Can you help move my server here from somewhere else?
Yes. Deliver your server to our Wolverhampton data centre, and we’ll rack, power, connect and look after it from there.
Do I need to manage the server myself once it's with you?
No. Our team keeps an eye on it and reboots are included. Drive swaps and other hardware work are handled by us or the data centre’s on-site staff, and quoted up front.
Can I get physical access to my server?
No. For security, access is limited to our team and the data centre’s staff. If something needs doing, we’ll handle it for you.
I don't have hardware yet, can you help with that?
Yes. We can help you source and purchase the right server for what you need, so you’re not working out specifications alone before we’re even involved.
What size space do I need?
It depends on the hardware; a single server usually fits in 1U to 4U, while multiple servers or larger equipment may need a quarter, half, or full rack. Tell us what you’re running, and we’ll recommend the right fit.
Can I upgrade to more space or power later?
Yes. If you outgrow your current setup, we can move you into more space or a higher power allowance without starting over.
What happens if there's a power issue at the data centre?
Your server sits in our space in a Tier III data centre in Wolverhampton. If you’d like the details of the power setup, ask us and we’ll take you through it.
Do you offer SLAs for colocation?
Yes. SLAs are available if you need clear guarantees on response times and support availability, on top of the standard service.
