Do you own your own servers, or do you resell hosting?
We have our own space in our Sheffield (Tier II) and Wolverhampton (Tier III) data centres, with hardware we manage ourselves. We also offer a fully managed UK cloud option for businesses that want a flexible alternative to a dedicated server.
Where is my data physically stored?
In the UK, always. Your website and data are hosted in our space in Sheffield or Wolverhampton, or on our managed UK cloud, and your backups stay in the UK too.
What's the difference between your Sheffield and Wolverhampton data centres?
Sheffield is a Tier II data centre with 24/7 CCTV, backup generator power and redundant infrastructure. Wolverhampton is a Tier III data centre, with room for your own hardware through our colocation service. The two sites are in different parts of the country, managed by the same team.
Is support available outside office hours?
Yes. UK support is available 24/7/365, and our team monitors the infrastructure around the clock, so problems are caught at 3am as quickly as they would be at 3pm.
