Do you own your own servers, or do you resell hosting?
We own every server we host on. We don’t resell space from a third-party provider, so there’s no reseller markup and no dependency on someone else’s infrastructure. If something needs fixing, we fix it ourselves.
Where is my data physically stored?
In the UK, always. Our servers are based at our own facilities in Sheffield and Wolverhampton, plus a UK-based cloud layer. We don’t route data through overseas infrastructure or foreign cloud providers.
What's the difference between your Sheffield and Wolverhampton data centres?
Sheffield (SHF-01) is a Tier II facility with 24/7 CCTV, backup diesel generator power and redundant infrastructure. Wolverhampton (WLV-01) is Tier III, with dual-fed power, automatic number plate recognition and advanced CCTV. Having both gives us true geographic separation, so if one site has an issue, your hosting isn’t dependent on a single location.
Is support available outside office hours?
Yes. Our network operations team monitors infrastructure 24/7, so issues are caught and dealt with at 3am as quickly as they would be at 3pm.
