Couldn’t we just build this ourselves with AI?
You could build a demo, and sometimes that’s enough. Running your business on it means permissions for your team, your real data moved across, connections to the tools you use, proper testing, hosting and someone to call when something needs to change. AI will also do exactly what you ask, even when it’s the wrong way to solve it. We push back and explain the better way.
Do you need to come and see how we work?
On almost every project, yes. We visit, talk to the people who’ll use the system and see how the work gets done. Teams works too if that suits you better. For data-led builds like API dashboards, we work from the data itself.
How much does a bespoke business system cost?
The cost depends on what the system needs to do. A single internal tool costs less than a platform your whole team uses. Once we understand how you work, we’ll give you a real price, not a “from £X” figure that doesn’t mean anything.
How long does development usually take?
It varies with the size of the project, but most systems are delivered in milestones over a few weeks to a few months. You’ll see working software early and often, rather than waiting until the very end to find out if it’s right.
Can you replace or improve an existing system?
Absolutely. We’ll begin by examining what you currently have, whether it was created by you or by another developer or agency. We’ll discuss what is functioning well, what isn’t, and the best approach to move forward. This might involve a complete overhaul or, in some cases, starting fresh with a rebuild.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes, whatever it’s currently sat in, spreadsheets or an old system, we’ll map it and migrate it, so you’re not starting from a blank page.
Will it integrate with Xero, Stripe or our CRM?
In most cases, yes. We regularly connect new systems to the accounting, payment and CRM tools businesses already rely on.
Who owns the finished platform and source code?
You do. You own the platform and the source code. There’s no subscription to pay, and you’re not renting it from us.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Once your system is built and tested, we’ll train your team to use it and provide documentation you can refer to, so everyone’s confident from day one.
What happens after launch?
We provide hosting, security, monitoring, and ongoing support all under one roof. As your business grows or changes, we’re here to help develop the platform with you.
